A: We understand that your pets are part of your family, and we do allow small to medium dogs and cats that are declawed and neutered. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350.
Q: Are there any discounts or specials on rent for Valdosta apartments?
A: Call for information about our current specials and military discounts.
Q: Do you offer lease/purchase agreements?
A: We do not offer lease/purchase agreements. However, Centertown Condominiums are individually deeded and can be purchased. Contact our agent, Victoria Ordway, at Remax@remaxofvaldosta.com.
Q: Is there a lot of traffic?
A: All three Cumberland Court Properties are located on secondary, quiet streets.
Q: Are all units air conditioned?
A: Yes, all Cumberland Court rentals have central air conditioning.
Q: Do any units have a yard?
A: Apartments at Milltown Houses and Centertown Condominiums have their own yard area. First-floor units at Cumberland Court have a rear patio, while second-floor units have a balcony.
Q: How are repairs handled?
A: Routine maintenance is performed by our on-site staff.
Q: Can I pay my rent in person rather than send it in the mail?
A: Yes. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Q: Is there access to cable?
A: Yes. All three Cumberland Court Properties have cable. Tenants pay for their own service.
